Wendy Jerman, has lived in Logan County her whole life. She began selling real estate in 2001  earning her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations and  most recently obtained her Home Staging Expert Certification. In 2015,  she founded Town Square Realty, a top selling Real Estate office in  Sterling CO.
Wendy  and her husband John enjoy renovating properties. She has a knack for  seeing potential in properties and knowing what to look out for as  potential problems. This attribute is important for making a smoother  transaction for Buyers and Sellers.

Johnna has  been selling real estate since 2015. Her lifelong commitment to  Northeast Colorado makes her a great asset to the community. Prior to  selling real estate, Johnna worked for the County Assessor, transferring  deeds, reading legal descriptions, and helping the general public with  real estate tax related questions and concerns. 

She  has achieved her GRI designation (Graduate, Realtor® Institute), CRS  (Certified Residential Specialist) and also her Employing Broker  license.

In  her personal time, Johnna enjoys running and participating in Marathons  and Triathlons, going to the lake in the summer with her husband and 3  children.
