Diving Right in to a New Flip

Derek and I recently purchased our first “flip” house. The home is actually in pretty decent shape. It has a new furnace and a/c, some updated plumbing and all new windows. It really just needs a face lift and some minor repairs. Here’s some of the before shots!

Our plan is to skim coat and re-texture everything, new kitchen, new flooring, remodeled bath and fresh paint!! Also adding a lot of shiplap, because it’s my favorite. Old house remodels are always an adventure. You start tearing into stuff and you never know what you’ll uncover.

This home should be ready Mid-Spring!! It’s a 3 bedroom 1 bath and around 900 square feet. Fenced in yard and a detached garage. Just wait until you see the bathroom reveal! EEK!!
